1 3/4	c	Flour
1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Nutmeg
1/2	ts	Cinnamon
1/2	ts	Cloves
1	ts	Baking soda
1	tb	Liquid sweetener
1		Egg
1	c	Sugarless applesauce
1	c	All bran
1/3	c	Raisins

Mix egg, butter and liquid sweetener until light. Sift flour and spices.Add to creamed mixture with applesauce. Fold in raisins and all bran. Drop by tsp on to greased cooke sheet. Bake 375 for 20 minutes or done.
